Freddy Bartlett

Freddy Bartlett is the Managing Director of ICAM, responsible for overall investment strategy, portfolio construction and capital management, with over 27 years in funds management. He founded ICAM in 2015 after holding senior roles in Adelaide, Sydney, and London. His experience includes managing investment teams, outsourced investment entities, strategic and dynamic asset allocation of multi‐asset investment funds. In addition to serving on an extensive list of boards, Freddy is Vice President of the Property Council of Australia (SA Division).

Andrew Daniels

Andrew is a professional Company Director and consultant with experience across private and public sector organisations.

Andrew’s executive career has spanned major capital developments, major event management, venue management, insurance, finance, and funds management.

Andrew is also the Chair of a number of organisations including:

For 10 years, Andrew was Chief Executive Officer of the Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority – the organisation responsible for the management of South Australia’s iconic Adelaide Oval, as well as its offsite hospitality and tourism ventures.

Andrew was previously the CEO of the Motor Accident Commission of South Australia; CEO of the South Australian Motor Sports Board; General Manager of Australian Major Events; Commercial Manager of the South Australian Tourism Commission; Deputy Chief Executive of the Australian Formula One Grand Prix Board; and a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael Ruggiero

Michael is a Board Member of ICAM and a Chairman of Partners for Bentleys SA and a trusted business advisor to many. Michael has a deep understanding of retail, property and construction sectors. His specialisations include property syndication and administration, business and property acquisitions, due diligence investigations, feasibility reviews of construction projects and advising on development and property projects.

Michael draws on topical market research to help his clients make informed and strategic decisions. He has advised individuals and enterprises in Australia, the United States, Asia, Mexico and Europe. His expertise includes tax consulting (domestic and international), superannuation, business services, finance advice and procurement.

Michael has expertise in supporting family business and holds positions on the advisory boards of several significant family businesses.

Additionally, Michael holds board positions with various public and private companies in the property, food and funds management industries.

Michael is also highly regarded for his retail understanding and expertise, which spans domestic and international markets.

Jane Petrie

Jane Petrie has a dynamic 25+ years of property portfolio experience in the European, UK, and Australian market. Prior to joining ICAM in 2019, Jane spent 13 years at AEW, a real estate investment manager with significant global holdings, managing retail and commercial portfolios. Jane’s academic credentials include an MA from Glasgow University and an MBA from Buckinghamshire University. More broadly Jane is a participant in Property Council of Australia’s ‘500 Women in Property’ initiative and has chaired the Future Trends and Innovations Committee in SA since 2022.

Craig Atkinson

As an Analyst in the property funds management team Craig’s responsibilities include financial modelling, due diligence and analysis of investment opportunities, as well as the preparation of investment memorandums and investor reporting documents. Craig excels in decoding complex structured deals and stakeholder management. Craig graduated with a Bachelor of Finance and Business Economics (Advanced Leadership) from Flinders University.

Charlie Baker

Charlie assists senior members of the property funds management team across many disciplines. As a portfolio analyst, Charlie assists with due diligence and the preparation of investment memorandums and investor reporting documents. Charlie thrives engaging in the operational facets of property asset management and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Majoring in Corporate Finance) from The University of Adelaide.

Antonio Calabrese

Antonio Calabrese has 20 years of experience in M&A, capital strategy, and valuations, initiating his career at KPMG Corporate Finance, focused on transaction structuring, advisory, acquisitions and valuations in infrastructure assets and companies. Antonio’s career led him to Sky plc in London where he played a critical role in M&A strategy and strategic business projects upon returning to Australia as a Director at KPMG Corporate Finance. Now, he leads ICAM’s infrastructure portfolio management and development while serving as CFO at T-Ports, a company specialising in shallow-water port and transhipment vessel design, construction, and operation.

Tristan Rex

Tristan, ICAM’s Infrastructure Portfolio Analyst, performs financial modelling and data preparation for investor memorandums, reports, and appraisals. He collaborates with ICAM stakeholders to provide investment insights by monitoring sector and economic conditions. Previously, an Infrastructure Advisory Consultant at EY, Tristan gained expertise in economic and financial analysis, modelling, and commercial advisory. Tristan holds a Bachelor of Finance and Business Economics (Advanced Leadership) from Flinders University.

Tim Piper

Tim Piper is an experienced chartered accountant with over thirty six years of experience in a range of industries and senior management positions. After twelve years in the accounting profession specialising in corporate recovery and insolvency work, he went on to hold CFO positions in a number of non-profit and local government organisations. This has been complemented by several years working as CFO in a UK law firm and a range of contract assignments across various sectors in both Australia and the UK. In addition to a law degree, Tim’s qualifications include FCA (ICAEW) and most recently GAICD.

Tim focuses on optimising ICAM’s internal systems and controls to ensure the highest possible levels of governance and accuracy in every area of operations.

Gemma Palmer

Gemma Palmer is an Office Manager and Executive Assistant with over 25 years of experience spanning various industries in both the public and private sectors gained in the UK and Australia. Responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure smooth running of the company.

Stephen HollStephen has been retained by ICAM for Private Wealth and Institutional distribution services.  Stephen’s significant investor network spanning the major cities of Australia and New Zealand has been cultivated over the last 25+ years as a Senior Adviser with Merrill Lynch, UBS and Citi Bank in both the US and Australia as well as distribution roles with his own hedge fund, Brookvine, and Pengana Capital.In addition, Stephen works closely with ICAM providing feedback on alternative investment opportunities of particular interest to Private Wealth or Institutional Investors and the timing and structure to bring these investment opportunities to market.
