As Special Envoy to Singapore and Southeast Asia for Trade and Investment for the Government of South Australia, Martin provides support to the Minister and the Department for Trade and Investment (SA) in attracting investment and enabling trade. As Chair of the Premier’s Climate Change Council, he provides advice to the State Government about the growth of low emissions industries and addressing environmental and economic imperatives.
Martin is also Advisory Board Member for Providence Wealth Advisory Group (SA). As the Lord Mayor of Adelaide from 2014 to 2018, he led the Council to delivered unprecedented numbers of partnerships, programs and policies resulting in economic progress for the city. As CEO of Business SA, he led service delivery, support and advocacy for the growth and prosperity of business in South Australia.

She has a reputation of breaking industry records and implementing systems that benefit resident wellbeing, sustainability and resident satisfaction. Sabrina has held village management roles with major retirement living operators Keyinvest, Lendlease and, most recently, Keyton one of the largest retirement village operators in Australia. She has wide experience in village management, sales and marketing, ILU and community centre refurbishments, resident relations and management of village staff. She has increased the sustainability of the retirement villages through transitioning from gas to electricity in ILUs, and increase of renewables.
As General Manager, Sabrina manages IDSLF village operations, sales and marketing, compliance, staffing and HR, to create operational synergies across all ICAM villages. An important element of her role is supporting the Fund’s onboarding of new acquisitions, staff and residents.
Nathan brings extensive experience in operational strategy, large-scale contract negotiations, and business transformation, including the management of complex port assets and multi-site operations.
He is known for building high-performing teams, delivering safety-led cultures, and executing growth strategies that improve margins and asset performance.
Freddy has successfully led investment teams and managed various investment structures, with deep expertise in strategic and dynamic asset allocation as well as multi – asset portfolio management. He also serves as Vice President of the Property Council of Australia (SA Division) and sits on several boards, reflecting his strong industry leadership.
Antonio Calabrese has 20 years of experience in M&A, capital strategy, and valuations, initiating his career at KPMG Corporate Finance, focused on transaction structuring, advisory, acquisitions and valuations in infrastructure assets and companies. Antonio’s career led him to Sky plc in London where he played a critical role in M&A strategy and strategic business projects and upon returning to Australia was a Director at KPMG Corporate Finance.
Now, he leads ICAM’s infrastructure and private credit portfolios while serving as CFO for T-Ports, a company managed by ICAM and specialising in shallow-water port and transhipment vessel design, construction and operation.
Jim is a highly respected leader with a distinguished career spanning investment banking, commercial banking, and seniors housing. He currently holds several prominent leadership roles, including Deputy Chancellor of the Adelaide University, and Chair of the Barossa Hills and Fleurieu Local Health Network, Precision Group, Omega Communities Group and the Adelaide Festival Trust. He also serves as Board Member of COTA Australia and Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA). In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the property sector, Jim was inducted into the Property Council of Australia’s Hall of Fame—an honour that reflects his decades of influence and impact across the industry.
Andrew is also the Chair of several organisations including Adelaide Venue Management Corporation, South Australian Motor Sport Board, Your Say Hospitality Group Pty Ltd, Novita Disability Services Ltd, Adelaide Symphony Orchestra Holdings Ltd and The Adelaide Festival Plaza Committee.
For 10 years, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority, overseeing the operations of one of South Australia’s most iconic infrastructure venues and its growing portfolio of hospitality and tourism ventures.
Prior to this, Andrew held several high-profile executive roles, including CEO of the Motor Accident Commission of South Australia, CEO of the South Australian Motor Sports Board, and General Manager of Australian Major Events. His experience also includes serving as Commercial Manager for the South Australian Tourism Commission and Deputy Chief Executive of the Australian Formula One Grand Prix Board.

As Managing Partner of the Australia China Investment Fund (ACIF), James plays a key role in providing subordinated debt and equity to Australian investment opportunities. With over 20 years of experience in China-Australia investment strategy, he is widely recognised for bridging capital and opportunity across borders.
With a foundation in engineering and a strong track record in investment management, James has worked across a diverse range of sectors including infrastructure, property, agriculture, livestock breeding, and business acquisition. His strategic insight has driven the success of numerous product development and investment initiatives in both countries.

At ICAM, Tim leads capital raising across High Net Wealth clients, Family Offices, and Wealth Advisors and Institutional alongside new business development.
Jane Petrie brings over 25 years of experience managing property portfolios across Europe, the UK, and Australia. Before joining ICAM in 2019, she spent 13 years at global institutional real estate investment manager AEW, overseeing major retail and commercial assets. Jane is also a member of the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property initiative and chaired the SA Future Trends and Innovations Committee since 2022-2024. She currently sits on the Industrial and Logistics Committee for SA.
