The ICAM Duxton Port Infrastructure Trust is an innovative shallow-water port infrastructure vehicle. The investment includes the specialist bulk commodity export facility and incorporates a transshipment vessel, a transshipping terminal, on port and upcountry grain storage and handling facilities at Lucky Bay on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia.

Investment highlights

• Second ranking subordinated secured obligations of the Trust
• Maturity date 30 months following the first close date, subject to earlier redemption by the Trustee
• Security is a second ranking mortgage over freehold land and fixtures at the Lucky Bay Port and second ranking mortgage over land at the Lock bunker site
