Jim has had an extensive career in the investment banking and retirement sectors. He is the Non-executive Chairman of ASX-listed Ingenia Communities Group Limited and a director of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited. He also serves on the Boards of Coopers Brewery Limited, the University of South Australia, is a trustee of the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust and the Deputy Chairman of the Adelaide Football Club.
During the 1990’s Jim was Chief General Manager of Adelaide Bank. More recently, he served as a Director of the Motor Accident Commission of South Australia and was Chairman of the Investment Committee, overseeing the management of a $3.5B investment portfolio.

Ed is the co-founder and Chairman of Duxton Asset Management. Prior to joining Duxton, Ed was Head of Deutsche Asset Management Asia Pacific, Middle East & North Africa. He was also a member of Deutsche Bank’s Group Equity Operating Committee.
Ed joined Deutsche Bank in 1999 as Head of Equities and Branch Manager of Deutsche Bank Switzerland. He was appointed Head of Global Equities for Asia and Australia in March 2001 and became responsible for Global Emerging Market Equities in 2003. In 2004, Ed became Head of Asian and Emerging Market Equities for the Global Markets Division.
Ed is passionate about agriculture and sits on the University of Adelaide’s Agribusiness Advisory board, the University of Adelaide’s Wine Advisory board and the board of Wine Australia.

Rob has enjoyed an extensive executive career within the financial services industry, having acted as both the Chief Executive Officer of St George Banking Group from 2010 to 2012 and the Managing Director of BankSA from 2002 to 2010.
Rob is the Chairman of Adelaide Airport Limited, Barossa Infrastructure Limited, ICAM’s port operating company T-Ports, Chapman Capital Partners and Adelaide Football Club. He is also a director of Export Finance Australia (EFIC) and Coopers Brewery, and the immediate past President of Business SA and CEDA South Australia.

Freddy has over 23 years’ experience in funds management, having held senior roles in Adelaide, Sydney and London. He founded ICAM in 2015 following six years as Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Motor Accident Commission of South Australia. In this role he was responsible for the investment team, outsourced investment entities, and both strategic and dynamic asset allocation of the $3.5B multi-asset investment fund, encompassing a $150M infrastructure portfolio, $600M direct property portfolio and a $350M cash portfolio. Freddy was also responsible for overall investment strategy, portfolio construction and capital management.
Prior to this, Freddy held senior roles at Westpac, IAG Asset Management and Allianz Australia where he was responsible for multi-asset insurance funds of circa $16B, including a $400 million direct property portfolio.
In addition to serving on the boards of ICAM’s investment trusts, Freddy is the Vice President of the Property Council of Australia SA Division and is on the Investment Advisory Committee for Public Trustee SA, the University of South Australia Business School Advisory Board as well as the South Australian Centre for Economic Studies Independent Research Fund Advisory Committee. He is also a director of Crime Stoppers SA.

Jane has more than 20 years’ experience in the European and UK institutional property industry and has managed, repositioned and transacted a variety of core and value-add assets and portfolios. She joined ICAM after spending 13 years at AEW, one of the world’s largest real estate asset managers with €63.5B of assets under management.
Most recently Jane was Director of Asset Management at AEW, responsible for:
- leading a £30M investment and repositioning program for a UK Top 20 shopping centre (£300M), acquired in 2015 on behalf of a US pension fund
- managing the €800M AEW Europe City Retail Fund, focusing on prime high street retail assets across Europe
- managing a diverse portfolio of value-add assets in Spain and the UK for AEW’s European Value Partners Fund (€100mn), establishing and overseeing Joint Ventures with local operating partners
- managing a portfolio of Scottish shopping centres on behalf of a US/Dutch pension fund.
Prior to this, Jane was Head of Retail Asset Management for AEW’s Central European region, responsible for managing a €600M shopping centre portfolio and leading a cross-border team. She also headed up AEW’s Hungarian office, overseeing operations and portfolio management for a €200M office and retail portfolio. Jane also has experience in real estate advisory, communications and investor relations.

Justyna has more than eight years’ experience as an Investment Analyst at ICAM and the Motor Accident Commission of South Australia, responsible for management of the internal cash portfolio and internal direct property portfolio, as well as providing investment management assistance to senior members of the investment team.

Antonio has over 15 years’ experience working in mergers & acquisitions, capital strategy and valuations.
Antonio started his career at KPMG Corporate Finance where he worked on a range of advisory assignments, structuring transactions, executing acquisitions and undertaking valuations of infrastructure assets and companies.
He then spent five years in London working for Sky plc, a FTSE top 30 company and Europe’s leading media company, where he was responsible for execution of acquisition and disposal projects, development of Sky’s M&A strategy and capital structure, and analysis of strategic business development projects.
Following that, Antonio returned to Australia as a Director at KPMG Corporate Finance where he advised several domestic infrastructure operators on evaluating growth & strategic opportunities, business planning and executing capital transactions.
Antonio is responsible for the daily active management and continuous refinement of ICAM’s infrastructure portfolio. This includes driving new investment opportunities and working closely with the portfolio operational teams on delivery.
In addition, Antonio is a director of T-Ports, an innovative port and transhipment vessel designer, builder and operator.

Working closely with the Head of Infrastructure Portfolio Management and the T-Ports team, Hugo’s role involves assisting with the ongoing due diligence and analysis of investment opportunities, financial modelling and the preparation of information and investor reporting documents.

Sarah has more than 20 years’ experience in senior management positions at a range of investment advisory and commercial businesses in Canada and Australia.
Prior to joining ICAM Sarah spent nine years at Codan Limited, an ASX 300 technology company, where she was responsible for Corporate Development and Investor Relations. Over this time Codan made two strategic acquisitions and divested five non-core businesses while growing its market capitalisation more than 400%.
Prior to Codan, Sarah held senior positions at KPMG Australia, Leadenhall VRG and several Canadian investment firms where she analysed and executed valuation and M&A mandates for clients across agribusiness, manufacturing, mining and infrastructure industries.
Stephen has been retained by ICAM for Private Wealth and Institutional distribution services. Stephen’s significant investor network spanning the major cities of Australia and New Zealand has been cultivated over the last 25+ years as a Senior Adviser with Merrill Lynch, UBS and Citi Bank in both the US and Australia as well as distribution roles with his own hedge fund, Brookvine, and Pengana Capital.
In addition, Stephen works closely with ICAM providing feedback on alternative investment opportunities of particular interest to Private Wealth or Institutional Investors and the timing and structure to bring these investment opportunities to market.
